1/2 finely chopped tomato

1/4 green bell pepper chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)
1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves (optional)
3-4 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
1/2 cup tamarind chutney (imli chutney)
2-3 tablespoons mustard oil (or any vegetable oil)
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt to taste.


Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chicken until it’s cooked through and slightly crispy. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped cucumber, tomato, red onion, green bell pepper, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chilies.

Add the cooked spicy chicken to the bowl.

Drizzle mustard oil over the mixture and add tamarind chutney. Adjust the amount of oil and chutney based on your taste preferences.
