Ingredients.

1 cup grated radish (mooli)
1 cup grated carrot (gajar)
1 Big onion, finely chopped
1 Chili green finely chopped optional

2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder.

Instructions.

In a bowl, combine the grated radish and carrot.

Add finely chopped onion, green chili (if using), and chopped coriander leaves.

Lemon Squeeze juice over the mixture.

Sprinkle salt and roasted cumin powder.

Toss the ingredients well until everything is evenly mixed.
