200 grams of chicken seekh kebabs
4 eggs
Small onion, finely chopped 1
Small tomato, finely chopped 1
Green chilies, finely chopped 2
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil.


Start by grilling or frying the chicken seekh kebabs until they are cooked through. Once done, chop them into small pieces and set aside.

In a bowl, beat the eggs well and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
