PM Imran Khan crossed a milestone of 5 million followers on social networking and photo-video sharing platform Instagram, making him the first Pakistani politician to be followed the most on social networking sites.

Apart from Instagram, PM Imran Khan also has accounts on other social media platforms, including Twitter and Facebook.

They has 13.6 million followers on Twitter, while unlike Instagram, he is not following any account on Twitter. Similarly, his Facebook page has been liked by more than 10 million users.

PM Imran Khan’s Facebook page shares videos and photos of his official visits or events. Not only do users like them but they are also shared by hundreds of people.

It may be recalled that Prime Minister Imran Khan has taken various major steps since he took over as the Prime Minister, which has been well received all over the world. Besides, his international reputation as a cricketer has not been hidden from anyone.

According to details, in the second phase of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s visit to Saudi Arabia, Prime Minister Imran Khan visited the Holy Shrine of the Prophet (PBUH). Prime Minister Imran Khan along with the delegation broke their fast at the Prophet’s Mosque and offered Maghrib prayers.

After important meetings with the Saudi leadership, Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived in Madinah to pay his respects to the Holy Prophet, where he was received by Governor Madinah, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, Sindh Governor Imran Ismail, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Shah Farman. Senator Faisal Javed Khan and Provincial Minister Aleem Khan also accompanied the Prime Minister. Special Assistant for Political Communications Dr Shahbaz Gul and Special Representative of the Prime Minister for Religious Harmony Maulana Tahir Ashrafi were also present on the occasion.

When the Prime Minister got off the plane, he was not wearing respectful shoes. He will be staying in Madinah today.

Earlier, a joint statement was issued on the meeting and agreements between Prime Minister Imran Khan and Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman. The meeting agreed to further enhance bilateral political, economic, trade, defense and security ties. Five important agreements were also signed between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, including the establishment of a Coordinating Council.

The two leaders also discussed bilateral, regional and global issues. The Prime Minister assured of Saudi Arabia’s continued support for its sovereignty and territorial integrity. He invited the Saudi Crown Prince to visit Pakistan. He accepted.

On this occasion, five important agreements were signed between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, including the establishment of the Supreme Coordinating Council. Two agreements were reached on prisoner exchanges and crime eradication, respectively, under which Saudi Arabia would provide Pakistan with ”500 million from the Saudi Development Fund.

According to the joint statement, the Pakistani and Saudi leaders agreed to further enhance bilateral political, economic, trade, defense and security ties, while Saudi investment in Pakistan, cooperation in the energy sector, prisoner transfer issues and Saudi Arabia. Emphasis was also placed on increasing employment opportunities for Pakistanis.
