The special assistants and advisors of Islamabad Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar ul Haq Kakar have been announced.

According to Pakipolitics News, Jawad Sohrab Malik has been appointed as Special Assistant to Prime Minister for Overseas Pakistanis, and Mashaal Hussain Malik will be Special Assistant for Human Rights, Women Empowerment.

Vice Admiral (retd) Iftikhar Rao has been appointed as Special Assistant for Maritime Affairs while Wasi Shah Nagar will be Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Tourism.

Dr. Jahanzeb Khan has been appointed Special Assistant for SIFC, Syeda Arifa Zahra will be Special Assistant for Education and National Harmony.

Waqar Masood Nagran has been appointed as the adviser on finance to the prime minister, Air Marshal (R) Farhat Hussain Nagran will be the adviser on aviation to the prime minister, Ahad Cheema has been appointed as the adviser for the establishment division.

A 16-member federal cabinet was announced to which President Dr. Arif Alvi took oath.
