PDM meeting before the joint parliament session
Parliamentary Joint meeting sitting before of the a meeting of PDM was held under the chairmanship of Shahbaz Sharif. Members of PML-N and other parties of PDM participated in the meeting.
It is to be noted that President Arif Alvi has convened a joint sitting of Parliament today at 12 noon on Wednesday in which the government will present a number of important bills for the approval of electronic voting machine to overseas Pakistanis including electoral rights. Bills need a simple majority of members in the House to pass.
