Make Stunning Onion Pickle at Home in Summer

Onions: 2 kg
Water: As needed to soak the onions
Salt: 500 grams.


For this pickle, select small, high-quality onions.

Peel them and put them in enough water to completely submerge the onions.

For every kilogram of peeled onions, add 250 grams of salt to the water in which the onions are soaked.

Let the onions sit in this mixture for 24 hours.

All drain all the water using a strainer.

Now, put these onions in a glass bottle and fill the bottle with vinegar, adding ready-made pickle spices along with it.

The pickle will be ready in two weeks and can be used throughout the summer.
