The Interior Ministry directed to suspend internet services in the area of new and old Ravi Bridge including Data Sahib Shahida. Internet services will be suspended within 5 km of the said areas. The Interior Ministry instructed PTA officials to suspend internet services.
It may be recalled that the Home Ministry had yesterday directed the PTA to immediately shut down internet service in Samanabad, Shera Kot and Nawankot Gulshan Ravi Sabzazar and Iqbal Town areas of Lahore. Has been Notification issued in this regard. .
