PM Imran Khan visited NADRA headquarters where he inaugurated a new NADRA registration center and a new mobile registration van. He said that fraud is also taking place in the society even within the elections. Electronic voting will reduce the incidence of stamping in the houses and thus the culture of fake voting and stamping will also end.

Prime Minister Imran Khan further said that there are about 3 million registered Afghan refugees in Pakistan and there are some people who are still not registered. Thanks to registration they will be able to keep money in banks.

It may be recalled that the Ministry of Science and Technology has also completed all the tests after developing the electronic voting machine, while the EVM has features as per the instructions of the Election Commission. 4 lakh electronic voting machines will be required for the general elections. Electronic voting machine (EVM) can operate at minus 10 to 55 degrees Celsius with the help of M battery. There will also be ballot paper with electronic voting record.
