Tehran’s Dancing Missile Sejil-2, wreaking havoc in Israel.

A video of the scenes in the sky during Iran’s launch of the Sejil missile in the 12th phase of its attack on Israel went viral, while Israel’s defense system failed to intercept the missiles.

The Sejil missile is Iran’s advanced and powerful ballistic missile, capable of striking distant targets like Israel with full force.

Due to its unique destructive capability, it is also called the “Dancing Missile.”

Development its began in the late 1990s, marking a major leap in Iranian missile technology.

Payload Sejil missile is 18 meters long, has a range of 2,000 kilometers, and can carry a of up to 700 kilograms.

This missile is entirely domestically produced in Iran. The two-stage Sejil-2 missile is a solid-fuel missile, meaning it can be launched quickly, leaving the enemy with very little time to react.

This missile is not just a defensive weapon but also an aggressive message, especially at a time when tensions are rising in the Middle East.

First test of this missile took place in 2008, with a range of 800 kilometers. However, in 2009, Sejil-2 successfully conducted a test with an improved navigation system, and in 2021, after a long hiatus, the missile reappeared with an upgraded version.

Iran is also working on Sejil-3, which could have a range of up to 4,000 kilometers, allowing it to reach not only Israel but also parts of Europe.

The Sejil missile represents a major advancement in Iran’s missile technology and has become a serious threat to targets like Israel, particularly due to its speed, precision, and range. In the coming years, it could become a key component of Iran’s strategic defense system.
