Ingredients.

  • 4 medium potatoes, cleaned (do not peel)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh 4 tablespoons 4 Parmesan cheese (divided)

Instructions.

1.Potatoes wash thoroughly but do not peel them.

  1. Slice the potatoes into thin, round, or preferred pieces.
  2. Bowl In a mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, parsley, and salt.
  3. Add the sliced potatoes to the mixture and toss well to coat each piece evenly.
  4. Grease a baking tray and arrange the potato slices in a single layer.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
