Instructions.
1.Potatoes wash thoroughly but do not peel them.
- Slice the potatoes into thin, round, or preferred pieces.

- Add the sliced potatoes to the mixture and toss well to coat each piece evenly.
- Grease a baking tray and arrange the potato slices in a single layer.
- Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
