Skardu Prime Minister Imran Khan lags behind in development in Gilgit-Baltistan Balochistan and Sindh.

The Prime Minister said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had suffered the most in the war on terror and according to the UNDP report, poverty had been reduced in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa more rapidly.

Imran Khan said that at present there is inflation all over the world. Ehsas ration card has been introduced for subsidy on flour, ghee and pulses and they will get 30% subsidy.

The Prime Minister said that for the first time in the history of the country scholarships worth Rs. 47 billion have been given and I will personally monitor it to give it on merit. Anyone who wants to study can apply.

He said that even the richest countries of the world do not have universal health insurance but we will provide health insurance to every family in the whole of Gilgit-Baltistan.

He said that poverty is also high in Gilgit-Baltistan but the mountain ranges of Gilgit-Baltistan are the most beautiful in the world so tourism can become an asset of Gilgit-Baltistan.

He further said that the time will come when people will come here in search of employment and we will create more new districts in Gilgit-Baltistan.
