According to a statement issued by Pakistan Army Public Relations Department, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Army Medical Center, Abbottabad.
Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa awarded badge to AMC’s first female Colonel Commandant Lieutenant General Nigar Johar. The Chief of Army Staff appreciated the role of AMC in providing health facilities in an environment of peace and war.
The ISPR said that the Army Chief praised the role of the Army Medical Corps during the Corona epidemic and was proud of the first three-star general as Colonel Commandant AMC Pakistan.
