Pakistan’s clean sweep against West Indies ODI series.

In pursuit of Pakistan’s 270-run target, the entire West Indies team was bowled out for 216 in the 38th over. Aqeel Hussain stood out with 60 runs.

Pak scored 269 for 9 in the allotted 48 overs, with all-rounder Shadab Khan scoring 86 and Imam-ul-Haq 62.

It should be noted that the match was stopped due to bad weather and it was limited to 48 overs per innings.

Match in the played at Multan International Cricket Stadium, Pakistan captain Babar Azam won the toss and elected to bat first.

Besides, Mohammad Haris Safar, Mohammad Rizwan (11) and Khushdal Shah (34) returned to the pavilion.

All-rounder Zashadab Khan batted brilliantly and scored a half-century but was also dismissed for 86 in the final overs.

WI captain Nicholas Pooran took 4 wickets.

West Indies innings

WI did not start well in pursuit of Pakistan’s 270-run target and other wickets fell one after another.

The hosts have already taken a decisive lead in the series by winning the first two matches.

First ODI in Pakistan defeated West Indies by 5 wickets while in the second match, Green Shirts defeated Kali Andhi by a margin of 120 runs.
