Establishment Division has written a letter to Sindh Government to release all the officers
The letter said the exchanges were made legally under the rotation policy.
The letter said that the appointment and posting of officers is the prerogative of the Establishment Division. Before the transfer of officers, the letters are available on the website of the Establishment Division while the Sindh High Court has also said that the Establishment Division can appoint officers.
The letter said that the Sindh government did not reply to a single letter.
It should be noted that a few days ago, under the rotation policy of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the bureaucracy was also uprooted.
Four key officers of Sindh bureaucracy have been transferred. Appointed officers of PPP have been transferred for years. Kazim Jatoi’s services have been transferred to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chairman Planning and Development Sindh Hassan Naqvi. Was ordered to report to the Establishment Division.
On the other hand, the Sindh government has stopped the DIGs and PAS officers from leaving the charge while the Sindh government has not allowed the officers sent by the federation to join.
Meanwhile, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has warned the federal government and the Establishment Division that the quarrel is with me and the Sindh government. Do not harass the officers.
