The Prime Minister said in a message on social networking site Twitter that the protest was also staged during digital mapping of land records like the protest on EVM. The Prime Minister released details of digital survey of land records and occupied lands.
PM said that the results of the survey showed why the protests were taking place. The political elites were occupying the state and forest lands.
The Prime Minister said that Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and the state are occupying land worth about Rs. 5595 billion.
PM said that 1869 billion acres of forest lands were occupied while the lands were seized due to weakness of Forest Corps.
PM Imran Khan further said that after proper digital mapping strict action would be taken against the Occupy Mafia and strict action would be taken against the Occupy Mafia and their facilitators.
