PTI workers across the country, including the Sindh Punjab KP, became a protest against the murderous attack on Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan.
The police have shelled the PTI workers on Shaara Faisal area of Karachi, due to which women and children have been badly affected, while many protesters have been detained by the police.
On the other hand, PTI workers also protested in Borewala Sahiwal, Bahawalnagar, a different area of Punjab.
Demonstrators have blocked national highways at Multan Road lorry station, while workers have also sat on dharna at GT Road.
In Mansehra, under the leadership of Member National Assembly Saleh Mohammad Khan, the protest on the expressway is going on. The expressway has been closed from both sides of the toll plaza at Buttal.
PTI Member of Parliament Raja Azhar while talking to ARY News said that he was injured on the head during the shelling and the policemen were taking him to Jinnah Hospital on their motorcycle.
Consideration of permanent closure of Faizabad
The police have started considering the permanent closure of Faizabad from Rawalpindi.
Sources say that the Rawalpindi administration has failed to stop the protesters from coming to Islamabad, while the closure of Faizabad will severely affect business and traffic.
