Multan Sultan defeated Quetta Gladiators in the 7th edition match of Karachi Pakistan Super League.

Chasing 175, Quetta Gladiators were bowled out for 168 in the 20th over.

In the match played at the National Stadium in Karachi, Quetta captain Sarfraz Ahmed won the toss and invited Multan Sultans to bat first.

MS scored 174 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs Shaun Masood remained prominent by scoring 88 runs.

Capt Mohammad Rizwan was dismissed without scoring a run. After losing one wicket, Shaun Masood and Sohaib Maqsood formed a 50-run partnership. Total on score of 62, Sohaib returned to the pavilion with 21 runs.

Multan had to bear the third loss in the form of Riley Russo. He also scored 21 runs. However, Shaun continued to bat best from the other end but he too was dismissed for 88 runs.

Muhammad Hasnain took 2 wickets for Quetta.

Gladiators captain Sarfraz Ahmed scored 21 off 23 balls while Iftikhar Ahmed batted aggressively and scored 30 off 13 balls.

Khushdal Shah David Wali and Imran Tahir took 3.3 wickets each for Multan Sultans.
