Islamabad: The Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) Foreign Ministers continues to receive guests to attend the meeting.

Preparations for the meeting of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers have been completed and the flow of guests continues. Last night, OIC Secretary General Hussain Ibrahim Taha arrived at Islamabad Airport where he was received by Minister of State for Information Farrukh Habib.

On the occasion, Hussain Ibrahim Taha said that Pakistan has played its best role for a peaceful and stable Afghanistan and the situation in Afghanistan will be considered in the OIC conference.

Later, OIC Secretary General Hussain Ibrahim Taha accompanied the delegation to the Foreign Ministry where he was welcomed by Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and congratulated Hussain Ibrahim Taha on assuming the office of OIC Secretary General.

Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that as a founding member of the OIC, Pakistan was committed to upholding the values ​​and goals of the organization.
