A delegation of Chinese businessmen called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad.

Prime Minister Imran Khan while meeting a delegation of Chinese businessmen said that we would support Chinese trade in Pakistan on priority basis and appreciated China’s keen interest in increasing investment in special economic zones.

The Prime Minister said that Pakistan and China are not only connected to each other in the past or present but they will also remain united for our future generations.

He said that we appreciate the lost relations between the people of the two countries. Will be resolved.

The Prime Minister was informed that Chinese businessmen are almost ready to start work in the fields of glass ceramics and information technology.

It is noteworthy that the leading mobile phone company OPPO is one of the leading tech manufacturers in the world. Will this not only save foreign exchange reserves but also create employment opportunities for our tech graduates.

Also present on the occasion were Federal Minister for Energy Muhammad Hamad Azhar, Trade Adviser Abdul Razzaq Dawood, Spokesperson and Special Assistant for Political Communication, Dr. Shahbaz Gul, Special Assistant to CPC Khalid Mansoor, Chinese Ambassador Nong Rong and Miss Chen Yan among others.
