Easy Home Made Beef Tikka Karahi Dhaba Style.

Ingredients:

Beef boneless cubes – 700g

Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp

Yogurt – ½ cup

Lemon juice – 2 tbsp

Green chilies – 6–8

Tomatoes chopped – 4 large

Crushed red chili – 1 tbsp

Black pepper – ½ tsp

Roasted cumin – 1 tsp

Salt – to taste

Oil / Ghee – ½ cup

Julienne ginger – garnishing

Fresh coriander – garnishing

Marination: Mix beef, yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, red chili, salt. Marinate 2–4 hours.

Cooking Method:

  1. Add marinated beef to pan and cook until tender.
  2. Separately heat oil/ghee, add tomatoes + green chilies.
  3. When tomatoes soften, add cooked beef and stir fry on high flame.
  4. Add crushed cumin, black pepper and bhunai until oil separates.
  5. Garnish with ginger + coriander and serve hot with naan.
