Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that efforts are being made to reach the common man, the consequences of mismanagement of past governments are going to suffer today.
According to GNN, a review of the overall economic situation was chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan, in which Minister for Planning Asad Omar, Advisor on Trade Abdul Razzaq Daud, Advisor to Finance Dr. Abdul Hafeez Shaikh, Assistant Special Information Minister Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan, Secretary Finance Governor State Bank Syed Raza Baqir and other senior officers attended.

Prime Minister Imran Khan was briefed on the current situation of economic recovery including current account deficit, foreign direct investment, remittances from abroad and inflation and informed that there is a trend for improvement in overall economic recovery. There has also been a trend of decline in income and it is expected to decline further.
He said that the government is trying to make the common man available for the betterment of the economy.
