3 eggs
1 small onion, finely diced
1 small tomato, finely diced
1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust according to preference)
2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon Chili Red powder (optional)
1 tablespoon oil or butter for cooking.


Beat the eggs thoroughly in a bowl until well blended.
