Pakistan has developed an electronic voting machine through which voters can vote by clicking on any symbol.

Giving a briefing on the voting machine, Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry said that the electronic voting machine has been divided into two parts. The first part will have election symbols and the second part of the machine will be with the presiding officer. Will be able to

Through the machine, the voter will be able to cast his vote by clicking on any symbol. By clicking on the election symbol, electronic voting will be cast.

The Federal Minister said that it can also be used for casting votes on ballot papers. The machine is going to be shared with NADRA NIST and COMSAT.

He said that the Ministry of Science and the National Institute of Electronics have done a great job. More work is underway on the electronic voting machine and it is in the final stages.

Fawad Chaudhry said that it was very important to deal with what happened in Daska and other places. Electronic voting machine would bring peace to the elections and get rid of rigging.
