Tunning Turkish Chicken Kebab.

Ingredients.

Chicken boneless ½ kg
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper ground 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
Food coloring yellow a pinch
Yogurt 2 tablespoons
Ketchu 1 tablespoon
Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon
Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Olive oil 3 to 4 tablespoons

Method.

  1. Cut the chicken into thin, square pieces and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add red chili powder, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, garlic, food coloring, yogurt, ketchup, vinegar, cinnamon powder, and olive oil to the chicken. Mix everything well and let it marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Skewer the marinated chicken pieces and cook them on low heat in a pan, turning them until golden brown on both sides add more olive oil to the pan.
  4. Serve hot and share with friends. Enjoy.
