Federal government has increased the prices of petroleum products by Rs3.33 per liter for the next 15 days.
According to the Finance Ministry, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs 3 per liter, after which the new price will be Rs 147.83 per liter.
The Finance Ministry said that the price of high speed diesel has been fixed at Rs 144.62 paise after an increase of Rs 3 while the price of kerosene will be Rs 116.48 paise after an increase of Rs 3.
The price of light diesel oil has been increased by Rs3.33 per liter, after which the new price has been fixed at Rs114.54 per liter.
The increase in prices of petroleum products will be applicable for the next 15 days from 12 noon.
The federal government had also increased the prices of petroleum products on New Year’s Eve.
