PSL 7 Multan Sultans’ 7th consecutive victory defeated Karachi Kings.

MS Achieved the target of 175 runs in the last over. Muhammad Rizwan remained prominent by scoring 76 runs.

In the match played at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Karachi Kings captain Babar Azam won the toss and elected to bat first.

KK scored 174 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs with Clarke scoring 40 runs.

Karachi Kings captain Babar Azam returned to the pavilion with just 2 runs while Sharjeel Khan was also dismissed for 36 off 34 balls.

Apart from Clarke who was dismissed for 40 runs, Qasim Akram scored 13 runs, Rohail Nazir and Mohammad Nabi scored 21 runs.

Former Karachi Kings captain Emad Wasim remained unbeaten on 32 off 16 balls.

From Multan Sultans, Shahnawaz Dhani took 2 wickets while Roman Raees Imran Tahir Khushdal Shah and Mazarbani took one wicket each.

MS got off to a good start in pursuit of the 175-run target and a 100-run partnership was formed between the two openers Mohammad Rizwan and Shaun Masood, but Shaun was dismissed for 45 runs.

Multan suffered its second loss in the form of captain Rizwan. He scored 76 off 56 balls and returned to the pavilion. In addition, Tim David scored 13 runs.

MS beat Karachi in the final overs thanks to the aggressive batting of Khushdal Shah and Rousseau.
