Ingredients.
500 grams minced chicken
1 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
1 cup fresh mint leaves (finely chopped)
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
1 onion (finely chopped)
One tablespon ginger-garlic paste
1 Tablespon lemon juice
One Tablespon garam masala powder.
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt to taste
Oil for frying.
Method.
In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken with cilantro, mint, green chilies, onion, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, bread crumbs, egg, and salt. Mix well.
Refrigerate this mixture for 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Grease your hands with a little oil and shape the mixture into small kebabs.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the kebabs over medium heat until golden and crispy on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
After frying, place the kebabs on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
