ISLAMABAD: The National Command and Operations Center has announced new restrictions on Corona in the country.

According to details, Asad Umar, head of National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), gave a press briefing along with Special Assistant for Health Dr Faisal.
Asad Omar said students aged 17 and over would be required to receive a single dose of the vaccine by September 15. Vaccination would be mandatory until August 31 for student transport staff. Admission to educational institutions will be closed without full vaccination.

After September 30, schools and transportation will not be able to operate without full vaccination, while those who have not been fully vaccinated will not be able to travel by air, the NCOC chief said. Without it, no one will be able to come and go in the country. These restrictions will also apply to shopping malls, hotels and guest houses.

He added that even after September 30, full vaccinations will not be allowed in wedding ceremonies. Other public transport, including rail buses and metros, must have one dose of the vaccine by September 15, while both doses have not been administered until October 15. If they go, such transport staff and citizens will not be able to travel in transport.

He said that the first dose will be banned on motorways and highways from September 15 and after October 15. Those traveling on highways will be required to get one and two vaccinations by September 30 and October 31, respectively.

The NCOC chairman clarified that further administrative improvements are being made for the implementation of the new sanctions on Corona, while technology will also be used in this regard.
