Addressing the coalition MPs after lunch at the Prime Minister’s House, Prime Minister Imran Khan asked what was the role of the Election Commission which made noise on the electronic voting machine.
It is not understood why the Election Commission is opposing EVM. In 2018, there was an Election Commission of the previous government but it was accused of rigging.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said that his purpose in entering politics was to make Pakistan a welfare Islamic state and he came into politics to change the country.
Corruption begins when morality is destroyed. A nation that cannot do justice is destroyed. The purpose of opening four constituencies was to make elections transparent.
He said that everyone knows that money runs in Senate elections. We say there should be open ballot elections. Money always runs on secret ballot. Videos on how Senate elections are conducted also came to light.
When elections are held, no party recognizes the results. The EVM machine is the best way to prevent electoral fraud.
In a society where morality is established, you cannot destroy this nation with an atom bomb and when morality is destroyed, corruption takes its place and opposition is a product of corrupt system which does not want change.
