ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has approved a framework for school cricket, especially domestic cricket.

A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan in which the Prime Minister was briefed about school cricket. The Prime Minister praised the model of Central Punjab Cricket Association, an organization run under Pakistan Cricket Board. Approving the framework for domestic cricket in general, he said that school cricket has a wide potential to nurture and bring out the true talent of cricket in the country.

According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, the Prime Minister assured full cooperation for the launch of School Cricket Championship in Central Punjab from September 15 and said that school cricket has the potential to nurture and bring out the true talent of cricket in the country.
