In the new ICC rankings, national captain Babar Azam fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi and opening batsman Muhammad Rizwan are in the top five.
Test rankings
According to the new ICC Test Players Rankings, Australia’s Marin Labo Shane has moved up to the first position in the Beatles, which he has snatched from England captain Joe Root. In the new rankings, Root is at the second position. The position remains intact while opening batsman Mohammad Rizwan’s 18th position and Fawad Alam’s 20th position remain intact.
Australia’s Pat Cummins tops the Test bowlers’ rankings while Pakistan’s fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi retains the third position. And Ravindra Jadeja is third.
T20 rankings
Babar Azam and English batsman David Millan are joint first in the T20 batting rankings. Both the players have 805 points apiece.
M Rizwan is ranked third in the T20 players rankings. Hassan Ali position in bowling has declined and he has moved up to 10th to 11th position.
Afghan Mohammad Nabi remains number one in the T20 All Rounders rankings.
