🥪 Bread Omelette (Indian Style)

Ingredients:

Eggs — 2

Bread slices — 2

Chopped onion — 1 tbsp

Chopped tomato — 1 tbsp

Green chili (chopped) — 1

Coriander — as needed

Salt — to taste

Red chili powder — ¼ tsp

Turmeric — a pinch

Oil — 1 to 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk well.
  2. Add onion, tomato, green chili, coriander, salt, red chili, and turmeric. Mix properly.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  4. Pour the egg mixture and place the bread slices on top, gently pressing them.
  5. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Serve hot with tea or ketchup.
