Do not be sad during these three stages of life.

  1. The First Stage (58 to 65 years)

At this stage, work will drift away from you. No matter how successful or powerful you were during your career, you will now be considered an ordinary person. Therefore, don’t cling to the mindset or superiority complex of your past job or business.

  1. The Second Stage (65 to 72 years).

In this phase, society will gradually distance itself from you. Most of your friends and colleagues will become fewer, and it is unlikely that anyone will recognize you at your previous workplace.

Avoid saying, “I was” or “I used to be”, because the younger generation will not know you, and you should not feel bad about this.

  1. The Third Stage (72 to 77 years).

  2. At this stage, even your family will slowly distance itself from you. Despite having many children and grandchildren, you will often find yourself living alone or with your spouse.

When your children occasionally visit, consider it a gesture of love. Do not blame them for visiting less often because they are busy with their own lives.

And finally, after 77+ years, the earth will start pulling you towards itself.

Do not be sad at this point, as this is the final stage of life, and everyone eventually walks this path. Therefore, live life to the fullest as long as your body allows—eat, drink, and try to remain happy.

After 58 years of age.
Create a group of friends, meet at a fixed time and place, and stay in touch through phone calls. Share and reminisce about the experiences of your earlier life. Always strive to stay happy.
