Development of 36 Brigadiers in the Army as Major General

Rawalpindi: 36 Brigadiers were promoted to the rank of Major General in the Pakistan Army.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army, ISPR, a meeting of the Army Promotion Board, chaired by Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa, was held in which 36 Brigadiers were promoted to the rank of Major General in the Army.

The ISPR further said that 12 Major Generals belonged to the Army Medical Corps. The recipients included Brig. Others including Chaudhry and Brigadier Muhammad Omar Bashir have also been promoted.
