According to a statement issued by the Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), the funeral prayers of Captain Kashif, who was martyred in Gachak area of Balochistan, were offered in Rawalpindi.
According to ISPR, Captain Kashif was laid to rest with military honors.
ISPR said that Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa attended the funeral prayers of Captain Kashif Shaheed while other people including relatives and friends of martyred Captain Kashif also attended the funeral prayers.
It may be recalled that Captain Kashif was martyred last night in Gachak area of Balochistan. A vehicle of security forces collided with an IED installed by terrorists in Tobu area. Captain Kashif was martyred in the incident while two soldiers were also injured.
