In the statement issued by the ICC, it has been stated that the total prize pool for the T20 World Cup is 5.6 million dollars.
The winning team of the World Cup will get 1.6 million dollars, while the runner-up team will be given 8 million US dollars and the losing teams in the semi-finals will get 44 million US dollars.
T20 World Cup 2022 is going to start from October 16 in Australia, which will continue till November 13.
