Abu Dhabi Pakistan reached the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup by defeating Namibia.

Pakistan captain Babar Azam won the toss and elected to bat first against Namibia while the national team made no change in the fourth match.

Pakistan scored 189 for 2 in the allotted 20 overs thanks to brilliant batting by captain Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan.

Mohammad Rizwan remained unbeaten on 79 and Babar Azam on 70. After Babar’s dismissal, Fakhr Zaman was sent off but his journey was limited to five balls.

When Fakhr was out, Mohammad Hafeez came on the wicket and he has played an innings of 32 runs with a strike rate of 200.

Chasing the target, Namibia reached the semi-finals with 144 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the stipulated overs.
