According to details, the Punjab government has taken strict measures to control the corona virus and issued a notification of fines for violating SOPs.

According to the notification, there will be a fine of Rs 500 for not wearing a mask in public places. There will be a fine of Rs 2,000 for violating quarantine at home. There will be a fine of Rs 500 for spitting in public places.

Similarly, the shop owner will be fined Rs 2,000 for violating social distance in a shop. The owner will be fined for violating SOPs in vehicles.

There will be a fine of Rs 3,000 for violating SOPs in the bus. A car owner will be fined Rs 2,000 for violating SOPs. Rickshaws and motorcyclists will be fined Rs 500 for violating SOPs.

Notification of fines for violation of SOPs will come into effect immediately.

On the other hand, cases of corona virus and its deaths are on the rise across the country. In the last 24 hours, 88 people have died due to corona virus, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to 1483.

So far, 69,496 cases of corona virus have been confirmed in the country, which is on the rise.
