Ingredients
Semolina (Suji) 250 grams (soaked in water for one hour)
- Sugar 250 grams
- Grated coconut 2 tablespoons
- Pistachios 25 grams
- Ghee 250 grams
- Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
- Almonds 25 grams
- Water 1 cup
Instructions
- In a pan, combine sugar and water, cooking until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Add ghee and cardamom powder to the sugar syrup. Drain the soaked semolina and add it to the mixture.
- Roast until the raw taste of semolina disappears.
- Mix in the coconut and half of the dried fruits, then remove from heat.
- Transfer to a dish, garnish with the remaining dried fruits, and serve hot.
