Quetta A vehicle of the forces collided with an improvised explosive device (IED) in which an officer and five soldiers were martyred

According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), a vehicle of the forces collided with an improvised explosive device (IED) in Baleda area of ​​Ketch district of Balochistan, as a result of which Major Nadeem and 5 soldiers were martyred.

According to DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar, the vehicle was targeted with IEDs.

According to ISPR, the martyrs include Major Nadeem Abbas Bhatti Naik Jamshed Lance Naik Timur Lance Naik Khidr Hayat Sepahi Sajid and Sepahi Nadeem.

It should be noted that a soldier was martyred and four others were injured when a landmine exploded near the Pak-Afghan border in December last year.

The ISPR said that the soldier who was martyred in the blast was identified as Lance Naik Taqdeer Ali.

ISPR said that soldiers were hit by a landmine while erecting a fence on the Pak-Afghan border.

It may be recalled that in September last year, Major Adeel Shahid and Faraz Hussain were martyred in a landmine blast on the Pak-Afghan border.
