Pyongyang North Korea successfully tests ballistic missiles despite US threats.

North Korea successfully test-fired a ballistic missile on Wednesday.

According to Erna, North Korea fired a ballistic missile that fell into the Sea of Japan on Wednesday morning, ignoring US threats. This is North Korea’s first test of a ballistic missile in the New Year.

North Korea has previously tested nuclear-capable cruise missiles and ballistic missiles in defiance of UN sanctions, an agreement with the United States and a deal with South Korea.

The United States has reacted sharply to the experiments by threatening to impose sanctions on North Korea.

North Korea on the other hand, has made it clear that it will continue its nuclear and missile programs until the United States abandons its hostile policy against Pyongyang.
