Lahore: A Resolution has been submitted to pay Tribute to the PM Imran khan for reducing the prices of Petroleum products

According to details, a resolution was submitted in the Punjab Assembly to pay tribute to the Prime Minister for reducing the prices of petroleum products. The resolution was submitted by PTI Punjab Assembly member Musarat Jamshed Cheema.

The text of the resolution said that the government has significantly reduced the prices of petroleum products from June 1. People from all walks of life will benefit from the reduction in prices. The Punjab Assembly pays tribute to the Prime Minister for the reduction in prices of petroleum products.

It may be recalled that yesterday the government announced a further reduction of Rs 7.6 per liter in the price of petrol after which the new price reached Rs 74.52 per liter. According to the notification issued by the Finance Ministry, the price of diesel has gone up by Rs 5. With the increase of money, the price of 80 rupees 15 paise while the price of kerosene decreased by 11 rupees 88 paise to 35 rupees 56 paise.

Similarly, light diesel was reduced by Rs 9.37 per liter to Rs 38.14 per liter.

Later, on the announcement of reduction in prices of petroleum products, the Prime Minister tweeted that the government has further reduced the prices of petroleum products. Pakistan is the lowest selling country in South Asia. Twice as much as us, while in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal, prices are 50 to 75 percent higher.
