According to Mayer’s law, the biggest reason for khula and divorce is intolerance. Under Section 10 (4) of the Family Courts Act, October 2005, hundreds of women are being released from the bonds of marriage every day due to the process of divorce.

Parents who come to the court to meet the children at the hearing of the cases say that it is anyone’s fault but it affects the personalities of the children the most.
