Sources said that an additional Rs 300 to Rs 400 per bill has been added to the monthly bills of consumers in the name of sticky slow meter.
According to the sources, additional money is being collected from the consumers even on the pretext of fault in the IT system.

Sources further said that hundreds of people complain about sticky meters every day at all CFC centers but in the bill of some consumers, the money is wasted on the complaint of sticky slow meter, while others keep waiting for their turn.
