Karachi: Lahore Qalandars beat Peshawar Zalmi by 4 wickets in the second match of the sixth edition of Pakistan Super League.

Lahore Qalandars won the first match of the season for the first time. Peshawar Zalmi gave Lahore Qalandars a target of 141 runs while playing first.

Lahore Qalandars completed the target of 141 runs in the 19th over. Muhammad Hafeez 33 Rashid Khan remained unbeaten on 27 runs while Ben Dunk scored 22 runs, Agha Salman scored 21 runs and Fakhr Zaman added 15 runs. Sohail Akhtar added 14 runs. Wahab Riaz and Saqib Mahmood scored 2-2 for Zalmai.

Lahore Qalandars won the toss and elected to field first. Playing first, Peshawar Zalmi scored 140 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs.
