ISLAMABAD: The number of people affected by corona in Pakistan has increased to 251,652

According to the details, 2,769 new cases were reported in the country during the last 24 hours, while 69 more patients died. According to an update released by the National Command and Operations Center, 251,625 new and deadly viruses were transmitted from Wid Nineteen across Pakistan. People have been affected, while the death toll has risen to 5,266.

In terms of population in Pakistan, the statistics related to corona virus is such that in the last few days, the death rate in 1 million population has increased from 23 to 24% while the number of cases in 1 million population has also increased. At present, the number of patients undergoing treatment for corona in different cities of the country is 84,442. So far, 161,917 patients have recovered from the virus while 1,837 patients are in critical condition.
Out of 1825 ventilators allotted for corona patients, 341 are in use. In Gilgit-Azad Kashmir and Balochistan, no corona patient is on ventilator.

The command center said that the highest death toll was in Punjab with 2,013, followed by Sindh with 1,795 deaths, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with 1,099 deaths, Islamabad with 153 deaths, Balochistan with 126 deaths, Gilgit-Baltistan with 36 deaths and Azad Kashmir. 44 deaths have been recorded.

Sindh has the highest number of corona cases at 105,533, Punjab has 87,043 corona cases reported, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has 30,486 cases, Islamabad has 14,108 cases, Balochistan has 11,185, Gilgit-Baltistan has 1,671 corona cases and Azad Kashmir has cases. The number is 1,599.

During the last 24 hours, 22,532 krona have been tested in the country. According to the NCOC, 1,585,170 krona have been tested in the country so far. 61,958 patients have recovered in Sindh, 58,023 in Punjab, 21,158 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 10,883 in Islamabad, 7,598 in Balochistan, 1,319 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 978 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
