Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs Naeem-ul-Haq passed away.

PTI leader Naeem-ul-Haq was considered a close aide of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Naeemul Haq was diagnosed with blood cancer in January 2018, since which time he was undergoing treatment and was away from political activities.

The Prime Minister’s Special Assistant, Naeemul Haq, was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Karachi and was brought to the hospital a few days ago.

The background of Naeemul Haq’s life
Born in Karachi on July 11, 1949, Naeemul Haq did his LLB in English Literature from the University of Karachi, SM Law College.

Naeem-ul-Haq was a banker and businessman by profession, and he was part of the team that founded the National Bank branch in the UN Plaza of New York.

Naeemul Haq joined the movement of Air Marshal Asghar Khan in 1984 and came to Karachi.

In 2012, Naeem-ul-Haq moved to Islamabad to become the chief of staff of the PTI chairman, Naeem-ul-Haq remained part of the party’s core committee and information secretary.

After the formation of the PTI government in the federation, he was appointed by the Prime Minister Imran Khan as Assistant for Political Affairs and remained associated with the party till the end.
