Afghanistan issue must be solved by all together PM Imran khan.

Addressing the summit of the 20th Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of Heads of State in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the SCO is an important platform for the promotion of trade and investment ties. I am grateful to the Tajik President for hosting the meeting. I am proud to attend this meeting.

He said that the region is facing many challenges and the problem of Afghanistan must be solved by all together. Now is the time to stand with the people of the war-torn country. Our economy has suffered in the war on terror. Had to suffer

He added that the Corona epidemic has affected the economies of the whole world. At present, climate change is the second biggest challenge. The world has to face it together. PM Imran Khan stressed the importance of increasing political relations and trade between Pakistan and Uzbekistan. Speaking to Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the sidelines of the SCO summit in Dushanbe, He also stressed the need for trade agreements and increased cooperation in the fields of education, culture and tourism.

Stressing on the importance of multilateral ties the Prime Minister reiterated his full support for the railway project between the two countries en route to Afghanistan and assured all possible cooperation for its early commencement.

He highlighted Pakistan’s efforts for a stable and prosperous Afghanistan. Imran Khan also stressed the importance of full cooperation of the international community with the war-torn country for the provision of immediate humanitarian needs and stabilization of the economic situation in Afghanistan.
