500g minced meat (beef or mutton)
1 cup gram flour
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (diced)
2 green chilies (chopped)
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander (chopped)
Cooking oil for frying

Mix minced meat, gram flour, chopped onion, diced tomatoes, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt in a bowl.
